Initiate Your Return
Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back.
Prepare the Package
Place the items in their original packaging with all tags attached, ensuring the products are free from makeup, sweat, or deodorant marks.
Label and Post
Download and print your prepaid shipping label, attach it securely to your parcel, and drop it off at your nearest authorized carrier location.
Processing and Refund
Once our warehouse team inspects your return, we will process your refund or ship out your exchange within 7-10 business days.
